Fees required in addition to Commodity Price
- Shipping Fee
If the total amount including tax is 10,000 yen or more and including the purchase of goods that we approve, the shipping fee will be free.
Regardless of total order amount, it will be the same 670 yen nationwide.
※n case of cash on delivery (COD), COD fee of 360 yen is required separately.
※However, the shipping fee may be changed depending on the goods. In that case, it will be displayed when choosing the item.
Defective Item
Please return by COD. We will exchange with goods in good condition or refund the price at customer's request.

※We will only accept the credit card in the name of the customer himself/herself.
※In case of incomplete entry, we will confirm by email or telephone.
※Closing date and withdrawal date will vary depending on the credit card company.
※We will bear the commission for credit card transactions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment
Please pay in cash upon receipt of goods.
※There are areas and goods that the COD payment will not be accepted in part.
- Payment at Convenience Store (Family Mart)
Please pay in cash at the time of receiving goods at Family Mart.
※There are areas and/or goods that you cannot use payment at Family Mart in part.
Delivery of Goods
We will deliver goods ordered to be sent approximately one week from the placement of orders.
※We will deliver the advance orders as soon as they arrive.
※Delivery may be delayed in case of intensive orders or depending on the area of your address.
- Various Tickets
Please note beforehand that we do not accept any change and/or cancellation after application due to customer's circumstances.
- Products Other than Tickets
Please exchange items and/or make returns within 7 days after delivery of goods.
Please be advised that the customer will bear the shipping fee in case of exchange and/or return of goods due to customer's circumstances.
In addition, please be advised beforehand that we are unable to accept replacement and/or return of goods that were damaged and/or stained due to customer's responsibility and goods that were once used.
In case of return of all goods, we will refund full amount including shipping fee and consumption tax.
In case of partial return, we only refund the price of the goods and consumption tax. After confirming the return, we will transfer the refund amount to the specified account.
