- If the total amount including tax is 10,000 yen or more and including the purchase of goods that we approve, the shipping fee will be free.

- Delivery of Goods

- Please exchange items and/or make returns within 7 days after delivery of goods.
- Please be advised that the customer will bear the shipping fee in case of exchange and/or return of goods due to customer's circumstances.
- In addition, please be advised beforehand that we are unable to accept replacement and/or return of goods that were damaged and/or stained due to customer's responsibility and goods that were once used.
- Refund
- In case of return of all goods, we will refund full amount including shipping fee and consumption tax.
- In case of partial return, we only refund the price of the goods and consumption tax. After confirming the return, we will transfer the refund amount to the specified account.
